They also talk about Lifetime Warranties, which sounds like the products will all last forever. These folks aren’t being dishonest. One of two things is taking place. They are telling you what they’ve been trained to say, and believe the company that trained them. Or they simply don’t know any better. There are many comparable products when selecting those being used in your home. So how do you select the “best” product for you? We’ve done the homework for you, so you can relax and save some of your valuable time. Our selection process for products is as follows; 1. The manufacturing company must have been in business quite a number of years, so they will still be around should you need warranty service or replacement parts. 2. The manufacturing company must have a good reputation for addressing customer needs in a timely manner. 3. The manufacturing company must provide an above average warranty that can be read and understood without the need of a law degree. These warranties must be posted on their websites and not “hidden” from consumers. 4. The manufacturing company must be financially solvent, decreasing their chances of disappearing during economical downturns. 5. The manufacturing companies’ products must pass our inspection. What is our inspection? At our office, we’ve all been looking at these products for over 20 years. We know what to look for, as well as what to look out for. We only have one criteria. Would we install it in or on our own home? If not, we won’t install it in or on your home, end of story. Professionally Installed While the above manufacturer’s criteria are all of critical importance, they mean nothing unless the products are installed correctly. The truth is this, the world’s finest products, installed poorly, will not do the job for which they were intended. Once again, if we wouldn’t use an installer on our own home, we won’t send him to your home! We have many years experience with each and every one of our installers. We know their work ethic and quality performance. All our installers do quality work, to the industries highest standards, or they don’t work for us. It really is that simple. Affordable Prices So what do we mean by affordable prices. Everyone has heard the expression “Bang for the Buck”. That’s our goal. We don’t claim to have the “World’s Best” products. What we strive to deliver is value. If a product is 90% as good as the “World’s Best” but only costs 60% as much, that would be a good “Bang for the Buck” product. That product will accomplish the needs of most homeowner’s without an excessive price tag. We don’t advertise to be the cheapest in town because we’re not.
